Our 20-year-old furnace decided it was time for us to part, and we were given an extremely fair price for a new unit. The price included installation, labor, and haul away of our old unit. The team showed up on time and were very professional. Before they left, they made sure all questions were answered. Uptown has replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Now they cover our PMs and any other issues they pop up. Our experience with them has been simply amazing! They are so friendly and easy to work with. Any time we have an issue, they are able to respond quickly and fix the problem. I genuinely trust they are going to a good job without trying to upsell on anything unnecessary.

I've worked with Uptown on two different properties and both times the team was very quick to visit (even in the middle of summer), educational, and great to work with. It's never "fun" having heating or cooling issues, but they do a great job of giving transparent pricing and working to resolve the issue. While I hope I don't have to see them again any time soon, I endorse their work and the team!
